All digital products sold on this site are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

  • Downloadable resources

Refunds are not available once access to digital content has been granted.

Technical Issues

If you experience trouble accessing your files, we will help resolve the issue.

This includes:

  • Broken download links
  • File access problems
  • Incorrect file delivery
  • Accidental duplicate purchases

Services & Sessions

Services include coaching sessions, strategy sessions, consulting, and other scheduled support.

Because time is reserved specifically for you, the following policies apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the session may be considered used and non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

High-Touch Services & Contracts

For ongoing services or monthly support agreements, refund terms will be outlined within the individual service agreement or contract.

Once services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
